About this house sitting position in YARRAVILLE

We are looking for someone reliable to stay at our beautiful family home in Yarraville, Melbourne and mind our five year old labradoodle, Maya.

We live in a nice and quiet street. Our house is a one floor house with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bright living area with a nice yard for Maya to come in and out of her dog door. Wifi works perfectly for those working from home and it's a 12 min walk to the train station that takes you directly to the CBD in 10 minutes.

Dates are from 11th September 2024 until 15th December 2024.

What we would expect from you:

- Keep our yard clean (mow the lawn, clean Maya's poos and take some weeds out when needed).
- Water indoor plants when needed.
- Pay for your own utilities.
- No smoking in the house.
- Walk Maya at least once a day (there is a great park around the corner).
- Never leave Maya alone at night, if you are going traveling, you can let us know and take her with you. She is adaptable and used to the car.
- Don't have parties or gatherings in the house.
- Be respectful to our neighbours.
- Keep the house clean as you receive it.
