About this house sitting position in SUNSHINE WEST

We have a double story 3 bedroom home in Sunshine west, just around the corner from local shops and cafes and a few minutes to the train station and supermarket. The beautiful kororoit creek is just a few minutes away offering wonderful walks and bike trails. There are parks all over the place and it's very easy to get to the city - about 20 mins.
Home has all mod cons: tv/streaming, internet, air-con and heating; small backyard with seating area and parking. The rooms are 1 Master and 2 kids rooms. Nice and easy to look after!
Pets: we have Ollie (or 'Bean') the dog and Basil (Baz) the cat, and 2 fish. Ollie is 11, but acts like he's 5. He's a big boy (mix of English Bull terrier, staff, rottweiler and mastiff) but clever, trained and such an opportunist! He loves women and kids, can be territorial with men who aren't confident, loves food (eats once a day) and has a daily walk of about 45 mins to an hour.
Basil is a typical cat: rugs himself all over the carpet leaving as much hair as possible, may grace you with his attention or not and will meow for food /tickles at his convenience - I feed him twice per day plus crunchies and complain about him to his face.
The fish are given a pinch of flakes twice per day.
All up, the animals are pretty easy, and so is the house! It would suit a single female, a couple, or family with up to 2 kids looking for somewhere convenient. Other pets are probably not ideal. Read more...
