About this house sitting position in Tallebudgera

The house is on acreage backing onto a fresh water creek, surrounded by bush, trees & wildlife, giving the most relaxing feel. We have resident possums and there are often koalas in the trees. Perfect for a little getaway.

Quiet neighbourhood with open plan modern house. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Low maintenance.

Wifi, television streaming and telstra phone reception.

Tallebudgera valley, only 10 minutes to the shop & the beach whilst still being rural. (Acerage/snake/tick awareness experience preffered).

Animals-
1 well-behaved, very sweet dog, Thor (6.5yrs old). Inside dog. He's very obedient, hardly ever barks, super sweet and affectionate. Crate trained. Food obsessed but will obey ‘on your bed’ if he’s in your face trying to steal your food.

Also an outside pond with a gold fish to be fed daily.

Thor gets fed morning(anytime) and evening (around 4pm), he is very social with no separation anxiety but he won't like to be left home alone for more than 5 hours as he gets locked inside with no toilet, so we'd ideally like someone who plans on being mostly around the house.

He enjoys walks around the neighbourhood and runs out the back if its not wet. There are nice dog parks in the area also a dog beach that he loves.

He's happy to sleep and chill on wet days and although he loves walks, beach days & exploring he’s favourite thing to do is sleep under a blanket on the lounge or bed.

He’s very affectionate and an inside dog so you can expect loads of cuddles on the couch. He just loves people and will follow you around like a shadow.

Non smokers only.

The property is mostly unfenced and although Thor loves other dogs he is very much an only child in his house so we cant accept anyone with pets sorry.

Housesit is Monday-Thursday, possibly returning friday morning so that flexibility is required.
