For the right people, this is a truly special house sit in a beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

I share my home with four much-loved dogs—Bruce, Coco, Aurora, and Max. They are a wonderful pack made up of two Kelpies, one Maremma, and one Border Collie × Cattle Dog. Each has their own personality, but all are affectionate, intelligent, playful, and deeply connected to their humans.

My dogs thrive on companionship, routine, exercise, and genuine connection. They are not dogs who can simply be fed and left alone for long periods, so I’m looking for sitters who truly understand dogs and genuinely enjoy being around them.

Their daily routine includes:
• Two meals per day
• One good walk each day plus 2 shorter backyard play/exercise sessions
• Plenty of affection, play, companionship, and calm leadership

I live on a beautiful one-acre property surrounded by gardens and trees, close to the river, nature reserve, bush walks, beaches, and only 12 minutes from town. It’s a peaceful and restorative place for people who love nature and animals.

Your role would simply be to:
• Care for my dogs as if they were your own
• Keep the home clean, respectful, and well cared for
• Water a few plants and enjoy the space
(Lawns will be professionally maintained while I’m away.)

Important: This sit is not suitable for people with only casual pet experience, or who's priority is to be out all day everyday while dogs are neglected. A multi-dog household requires confidence, awareness, consistency, and genuine dog experience.

For that reason, I’m ideally looking for an experienced couple, although I’m open to the right individual with strong dog-handling experience.

The dogs also attend doggy daycare 2–3 times per week, which may continue while I’m away (transport arrangements pending). This can provide sitters with some flexibility and downtime during the week.
