Modern 4 bedroom home in quiet friendly street. 2 main living areas. Close to Woolies (2 minute drive 10 minute walk ), beach about 750 mtres low maintanance garden .
Well heated and airconditioned with northern orientation which keeps house "warm" in winter
Have 2 - 7 year old staffies that we acquired 6 months ago from a breeder. They are perfectly trained de-sexed and an absolute joy. They replaced Lenny our previous 12 year old staffy who had to be put down unexpectantly.
