House & Dog Sitter Wanted – Torquay, Victoria

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and respectful person to stay in our beautiful family home in Torquay, Victoria, and care for our six-year-old labradoodle, Maya (non-shedding).

Our home is located in a quiet court and is a bright, two-storey house with four bedrooms. We’re a family of two adults, two young children, and Maya, and we’re hoping to find someone who will treat our home with care.

You’ll enjoy a sunny living area with ocean views and two lovely outdoor spaces where Maya can come and go through her dog door. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable—perfect if you work from home—and we’re only a 20-minute walk to the beach via a beautiful bush creek. Major supermarkets, cafés, and shops are just a short drive away.

What we ask from you:

-Keep the yard tidy (mow the lawn, pick up Maya’s poo, and remove weeds when needed).

-Water indoor plants as required.

-Cover your own utility usage.

-No smoking inside the house.

-Walk Maya at least once a day.

-Feed her each evening.

-Never leave Maya alone overnight. If you plan to travel, she can join you—she’s very adaptable and great in the car.

-No parties or gatherings at the house.

-Be considerate of our neighbours.

-Keep the house clean and in the condition you found it.

-Maintain good communication with us—we’d love occasional updates on Maya and the home.

We would love to meet you beforehand—either in person or via video call—so we can show you around and ensure it’s the right fit for both sides.
