About this house sitting position in Urangan

Situated in a quiet street in Urangan, Hervey Bay, close to Urangan beach, our fully fenced tranquil home is a small single storey 2 bedroom home on a regular sized block with 1 step at front door and 2 steps at the rear door. We have a lovely self contained granny flat with no steps at entry in the backyard, with a double bed, full bathroom and lounge with air-conditioning, TV, microwave and fridge which will be our house sitters accommodation, this area has fully tiled flooring. Our fully tiled flooring home will also be available for full use with the exception of the bedrooms. We have a lovely garden which will require some watering by hose every 3 or so days (minimal pot plants). No mowing required we will be mowing before we leave.
In regards to cleaning all we ask is for a light vacuum with our dyson cordless vacuum every day or 2 (it literally takes 5 minutes) and light dusting if needed. Also Mias droppings will need to be collected in dropping bags and put in the bin daily and bin put out for collection weekly. Of course we expect our home to be left as found and respected.

We have a gentle loving small 14kg English staffy named "MIA", she will require feeding, care and companionship. Mia also has a morning and evening 20 min walk around our local area where she has lots of human and doggy friends. We prefer no walking on off lead beaches for her protection and we are not requiring for our sitter to take her on other outings, she is a very routine lounge lizard type dog and is happy to be home on the couch. She is also fine to be left home alone on the couch with the radio on for 6 or so hours although we would prefer her alone time to not be constant and excessive, she is used to having companionship from her retired owners, so we would expect that to be a consideration from our sitter too.
We also have a green cheek conure named Cookie he will need some frozen vegetables and some seed daily and bath water every couple of days, his cage will need fresh paper in the bottom weekly on garbage bin day.

Everything needed for our pets food/care and full written instructions will be provided and left on the dining table for our sitter. We will aim for the task to be as easy as possible.

Sitters with small camper or caravan set ups are welcome subject to height and length restrictions our carport at front is clearance limited, we do own regular Jayco pop top that goes under and into the rear yard (as a guide).
