About this house sitting position in Wallsend

I am looking for a single lady to enjoy my home with my 9yo ginger cat Billy, he is not a very social cat or use to a busy home. He loves to be outside in the backyard through the day, his body clock knows when it’s 5pm time for dinner then he will spend time inside. I do lock him inside for the night when I am ready to retire.
I have a very tidy 3 bedroom house which is quite low maintenance & a lovely guest room for the house sitter to feel comfortable.
My yard being low maintenance as my plants are in pots. I have people to mow the yard.
The pool needs no work unless big winds & a few leaves may need to be netted out.
The location is 15 minutes drive from beaches & CBD as well 10 minutes drive from lake Macquarie, a beautiful walk in both areas. 30 minutes to the Hunter Valley vineyards.
There are 2 local shopping centres the first is a 4 minute walk & the Wallsend village can be a walk or a 3 minute drive. There is bus stops next door to me & across the road heading anywhere in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie.
I would like very much to connect with people who would like to enjoy our beautiful region & in a very relaxed & organised home.
