About this house sitting position in Warrnambool

We have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge room house. Front balcony. Back outdoor area. 800m2 block. Wood heater. Fire pit.

This is a split level home so 3 levels with a small flight of 8 steps in between each, not wheelchair suitable.

You can have the use of the master bedroom which gets the morning sun and has its own bathroom. There is also a large bathroom downstairs.

In North Warrnambool, walking distance to creek walks, shopping centre, swimming pool, gym. Short drive to the beach, train, city centre.

We have a cheeky 10mo cat called Benji who alternates between purring into your face and biting your ankles. He loves cuddles and lying in front of the wood fire. We have chickens and 4 aquariums. House plants and vegie garden beds to keep an eye on and also use produce from.

The house is fully equipped with all the expected things - coffee machine, BBQ, various kitchen appliances, full laundry. Books, yoga props, TV, WiFi.
