About this house sitting position in West Ballina

We have a comfortable waterfront home in West Ballina. The guest accommodation is on the ground floor, has a large ensuite bathroom and a walk in robe. The room has beautiful water views and its own deck. It has a split system air conditioner and a queen sized bed. There is a heated swimming pool to be enjoyed if the weather is hot. The house also has access to a private floating dock if you like to do a spot of fishing in the Richmond River.
We are looking for someone to look after our house and our very much loved Maine Coon cross 8 year old male cat, Simba. Simba is strictly an indoor cat and is never allowed outside. He is fully litter trained and we will provide all his food and litter.
Simba , like most cats, sleeps quite a lot but he enjoys some play time every day, and his coat needs a daily brush, which he also enjoys. He is not a lap cat but is friendly and approachable, and does not disturb his people at night. He is very gentle and has never been known to scratch or bite.
We are looking for someone who likes cats, spends a lot of time at home, and is prepared to have lots of one sided conversations with Simba.
We have a cleaner that comes for 2 hours every week and the lawns are looked after by a mowing service. Read more...
