Single level home situated on a beautiful rural 10 acre property. Spacious rooms with king sized beds in all bedrooms. Fireplace in the lounge is available for cool nights - plenty of wood available. We have a large swimming pool with a fantastic area to barbecue or just sit out and have your morning coffee in the sun and relax.
The township of Montville is just a 15 minute drive up the hill featuring galleries, shops and restaurants.
We have 10 chickens for fresh eggs, Agisted horses on the property and a beautiful little 10 year old poodle who thrives on love and attention.
We are a 25 minute drive to Maroochydore for great shopping and beautiful beaches, 30 minutes to Maleny for artistic and cultural shops and restaurants, one hour via the Bruce Highway to Brisbane City and the Brisbane Airport.
Nambour is the closest town for major supermarkets but there is a Spar Convenience store in the little village of Woombye. You can also catch the train from Woombye into Brisbane for a minuscule 50 cents!!
