The house is in the Northern Rivers region its beside a rainforest reserve with a flowing creek that is habitat for native animals and birds , double bedroom and off street parking . One 14 year old Miniture Schnauzer in good health that loves a walk on lead she is friendly and shy, good natured but is scared of small children. We have tropical fish with auto feeder so no need for extra care, just water changes maintenance fortnightly Our house is 15minutes to Ballina (Coast) and 15 minutes to Lismore, 30minutes to Byron Bay and 5 minute drive to Alstonville , Wollongbar has a very good Tavern for meals as well as a great Peruvian restaurant , food works within walking distance , we are in a beautiful natural environment very quiet and peaceful , the house has a large deck to sit and be in the forest, small areas of lawn may need to be mowed (Light electric mower) , the house is insect screened and ceiling fans throughout , just general house and garden care. The dog needs to be inside when not at home and needs to sleep inside overnight (occasional coastal carpet pythons in the area). Ideally mature single or couple with past experience of looking after a mature dog.
