About this house sitting position in Yass River
Farmhouse on 700 acres with merino sheep.
3 bedroom house with two lounge rooms.
Slow combustion fireplace and reverse cycle aircon. Wrap around veranda with stunning views over the valley.
Fruit trees and flowers and vegetable garden around the house. Multiple dams nearby. The house area is fully fenced with automated gates
Takes about 45 minutes to drive to Canberra .
We have 2 kelpies who are indoor/outdoor dogs who love human contact. They do not need to be formally exercised as they romp around the house compound all day . They like to chill out at the end of the day and watch TV with us.
Would need basic gardening and maintenance .
The nearest town Gundaroo is 15 minutes away
