We live in a brand new Townhouse in a very quiet friendly street close to buses, trains, shops and coffee/restaurants. There’s no garden to look after but a small courtyard with plants which would require watering. We have a cat called Evie she is 15 years old and quite independent but loving. She is quite load when she is hungry and adjusting to life now in a townhouse.
There’s no maintenance on the property with parking for one. We are on 3 levels but have an internal elevator from the garage level to the next 2 levels.
We are 6km (easy 1 hr walk) to the City of Brisbane but easy access via train or bus (3 min walk). There’s a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, walking track, gyms all close by.
