About this house sitting position in Yungaburra

Three bedroom, two bathroom house overlooking Tinaroo Dam. No pets to look after. Housesitter/s will be required to keep the house clean and tidy, and to maintain the lawn and garden. The housesitter/s will also be required to mow and maintain the edges of our elderly neighbour's lawn, which I look after. She has a rider mower, and I use my whipper snipper, so it's not difficult. For our lawn, I have a Stihl push electric mower. Because we are absent for an extended period, we will require reimbursement of electricity costs. We have NBN Aussie Broadband to the premises, and if the housesitter/s would like to make use of it, we will also require reimbursement of the monthly charge. If not, we will cancel it.
