About this house sitting position in Bedford

We have a small, 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in Bedford, WA. We live next to a park with a lake and we have a lovely backyard.
We need a sitter to look after our cat (3 years old). His name is Biscuit and he's a gentle, friendly & pretty chilled boy, low maintenance - totally indoors. He needs feeding twice a day, clean his litter tray daily and a change of crystals in the litter tray once a week. He gets stressed around other pets, so we can't have a sitter bring their own animals. The house just needs standard/general upkeep, bringing the mail in and watering a few indoor plants once a week.
We're a 15min drive from the city and close to bus, train and shops (Galleria).
