About this house sitting position in Frankston South

A fantastic opportunity to enjoy the Mornington Peninsula in a quiet suburb near the beach.

Our home is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house in a very quiet court in Frankston South. One bedroom is set up as an office. The kitchen and family bathroom have been renovated to a very high standard. There is air conditioning and ducted heating throughout. Unlimited wireless broadband (Optus NBN) available for use. We also have Prime, Netflix, Disney and Stan. Near to public transport (bus) and 5 minutes (drive) to Frankston train station. Only 5 minutes drive to Frankston beach, and close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Off street parking available.

We have two cats. The younger is very friendly. The older (mum of the younger) is a bit trickier - stand-offish and a fussy eater. The two cats don't always get along and need to be fed separately. We also have 4 fish in an outdoor pond that need to be fed every third day, and the garden may require some watering, although the majority is on a timer system that will only need minimal attention.

No children please, as the older cat is not really suited to children she does not know. The ideal sitter(s) will have the time available to look after the garden, which is very important to us, and to be prepared to feed the cats one a time (which can be time consuming). Some food preparation (cutting fresh or cooked chicken) will be required.

Sitters with experience preferred; verifiable references essential.

We would expect that any sitters will be home each evening and overnight to ensure cats are kept inside overnight then allowed out during the day. Read more...
