More information about this house sitter

I am a 26 year old Occupational Therapist (OT) working at the John Hunter Hospital for the past 4 years. This job requires me to be responsible for patients suffering from disabilities, illness and injuries and assisting them to rehab to return home.

In my spare time I like to play touch footy, go to the gym, spend time with friends, snowboard and wakeboard.
I am single, a non-smoker and am clean and tidy and security conscious at all times. I currently hold a valid police check, working with children check and first aid certificate.
I am looking at house sitting for the next 12 months to save money in order to go and practice OT in the UK in December 2018.

I have been house sitting for multiple people over the past 6-7 years throughout my time studying at Newcastle University and my first few years working at the John Hunter. This includes:
- for lengths of varying degree (weekends to months)
- for families with pets/multiple pets
- caring for these pets and attending to their needs whether it be
- completing yard/lawn/garden maintenance such as watering and mowing lawns
- completing basic pool maintenance e.g turning filter systems on/off and taking water to the local pool shop for water testing
- ensuring the house remains clean and tidy and completing basic household duties such as vaccuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning bathrooms
- looking after properties in housing estates and also in 'out of town' properties

I am mature, friendly and hard working and have never had any issues during my time housesitting. I have references available on request and am also happy to meet at a time that suits you for a welcome interview.

I look forward to helping you look after your home while you are away!

Cheers,
Lauren
