Hi, I'm an early 50s, solo woman with no dependents or pets. I have a property in Newcastle that I rent out and I get about in my van + motorcycle. Sober living, bookish, love other people's pets since I don't have my own. I'm fit to do long dog walks, playing and handy with yard work if needed. I'm very reliable, self-sufficient and used to isolated, off-grid, bush properties. I do this without charge, simply for accommodation in the places I visit. Have been doing this since March 2024 and have minded a wide variety of pets - large dogs, farm dogs, small inside dogs, horses, chickens and fish so far ?
