A good value house sitter

I'm based in Sydney and have been house-sitting for three couples over the last decade or so. I am self-employed and highly mobile so caring for your home and pet(s) is no issue.
Experience thus far includes dogs, cats and fish. I was raised with cats and dogs, and am comfortable with them. I enjoy walking in general so, unless stated otherwise, would enjoy taking dogs out twice a day. Would need a little mentoring with other animals. I'd prefer not to care for reptiles just yet.
I am in my 50's and physically active. I enjoy the change in pace that house sitting provides. I prefer a quiet setting that's not to isolated/remote. I clean with apple cider vinegar and bicarb, rather than cleaning chemicals. I am best with low- to medium-care gardens. Would prefer not to mow or trims lawns much. I am very respectful other people. I prefer to walk into a clean home and leave it at least as good as I find it.
I tend to need a month or so's notice. Am willing to help at short notice if I can. References available. Am happy to discuss the above and answer questions.
