I am Pete (50+) - with one desexed female Golden Retriever (9 yr), Molly.

I am a non-smoker. I don't take any drugs. I have a full online freelance schedule to fulfil my days.

We (Molly & I) are currently in Hobart, Tasmania.

Freelance online schedule includes: tutor as an English language teacher, Lego stop motion film making, lesson plan create and sell, ebook writing and sell, and 'print on demand'. All online.

I am at the house 24/7, except for Molly's taxi trips, grocery run, and Saturday touring afternoons.

Molly, my dog, is well behaved, I keep her area clean and she sleeps inside in my room but not on my bed. She has a good temperament toward all animals and humans, she is inquisitive, and likes older people more than fast moving squeaky kids. NB: she is not aggressive toward any human nor any animal.

We (Molly and me) can keep your home clean and safe, and the house and gardens will be taken care of throughout our stay. I am organized and clean, and I keep my living/work space in good order, maintained, and presentable.
## Molly's forever all season floating fur issue is attended to every second day or so. It's relentless!

I can take care of low maintenance farm animals and pets (mello dogs, groovy cats, curious chickens, wandering ducks, fish, snails, rabbits, hamsters, and sea-monkeys.)
I have had experience with cows, horses, goats, bunyips, and I pretty much allow the native wildlife do its thing.
I attend to gardening weekly, I have helped build a green house, fixed fencing, and even help fight a bush fire.

I can keep you updated weekly/fortnightly with the goings on with your house and the like, and I am a genuine reliable person who takes great care of houses like it's our own home - and that is to a high hygienic standard and the property and gardens will be secured, organized, and well looked after and maintained.

We (Molly and I) seek a quiet location and a clean house.
### We do need internet connection to the house.
### For long house sits, we will pay our own utilities.
### For long housesits with animals, please ensure that there is enough food for the animals available, at hand, or funds available to pay for animal's feed/food. I will keep receipts.

I can supply references and a police check.

I have house sat before in 2018: Glenn Innes, Armidale, Bathurst, Canberra, and following the house sitting, we spent 2019 - 2021 renting a house in Burnie, Tasmania.
Post-divorce I rented a room in Burnie until May 2023 - where we threw our gauntlet in the universe options list and moved to Hobart. But Tasmania is cold all year round, so we're moving north.
