I am 70 years of age, physically fit and active and of a friendly disposition. I am neat and tidy and do not drink, smoke or use illegal drugs. I like to cook.
I have worked at TAFE in the southern corridor for 14 years-currently working three days per week.
I enjoy gardening and am a decent handyman.
I'm good with pets and native wildlife.
My credit rating is excellent, and I have a current Working with Children Check and National Police clearance, as these are required in the education sector.
I am very soon to leave the property I have rented for the past nine years as it is to be sold. My landlord is happy to provide me with a good reference.
Other character references are available.
I did housesit for 18 months prior to taking over my current rental, and references are available from this time-these would be mostly by phone, although I could get some written references from this period if it were necessary.
I will be available to housesit within the next 10 -14 days.
