I am male ,71 years of age, physically fit and active and of a friendly disposition. I am neat and tidy and do not drink, smoke or use illegal drugs. Aa regular beachgoer,i enjoy swimming,kayaking,cycling and walking.l
I like to cook.
I have resided in the Fremantle area since 1983.
I recently retired from working as a lecturer at TAFE in the southern corridor.
I enjoy gardening and am a decent handyman.
I'm good with pets and native wildlife.
My credit rating is excellent, and I have a current Working with Children Check and National Police clearance, as these are required in the education sector.
I recently had to leave the property I have rented for the past nine years as it is to be sold. My landlord is happy to provide me with a good reference.
I have been staying with friends.
At the moment I am holidaying overseas to celebrate my retirement and will be back in WA on the 12th October 2024
I did housesit for 18 months prior to taking over my recent long term rental;references are available from this time-these would be mostly by phone, although I could get some written references from this period if it were necessary.
