Hi, I'm Amelie, 25 years old and from Germany. I'm a friendly and reliable person, who loves animals!🤗

I'm in Australia since October 2023 and had been travelling through western Australia and along the east coast. At the moment I'm near Canberra volunteering at an animal sanctuary. I'm planning to stay here until the mid of june. On 1st of July my boyfriend will come and we'll travel together back north.

I would love to do some housesitting in the last half of june, so that I'll have some time to make a few travel plans for July and just to get a short break from the sanctuary, before I start travelling again. Here on the sanctuary I'm always working the whole day, so there's not really time for anything else.

Besides I would love to take care of cats,
I have cats at home since forever, I grew up with them. In Germany I also worked as a volunteer in the animal shelter in the cat section. Here at the sanctuary we also have 6 cats of whom I'm taking care of, together with the other volunteers!🐱
