About us:

We are a family trio with a beautiful 14-month old boy, Taj, who is very comfortable with animals. Amy and I are married and in our mid 30's. I was born in Canada and now have Australian Citizenship while she is originally from Busselton. We're a mature, responsible, and respectful couple who own our home in Perth (Tuart Hill), which is currently rented out. We do not currently have any pets but have cared for our own in the past. We are both non-smokers.

Our situation:

Corey works as an accountant with West African Resources Ltd. (4 years) and is currently on unpaid parental leave to care for Taj until August 2023. Amy has recently accepted a one-year contract position with ECU Joondalup. As we are living off Amy's salary only, we decided to rent out our home to supplement our family income. We are very flexible and adaptable having both traveled extensively throughout our lives.

Why do we want to pet/house sit?

While Corey is on unpaid leave and home through the day with Taj, he’s in a great position to keep pets company. Before Taj is school age, we are flexible to be mobile and it’s a good opportunity to expose him to different animals, environments and neighbourhoods. We like that we can help people by taking care of their pets while they are away so they can enjoy their time and not worry. It also means that we can rent out our own home while we are on one income.

Our commitment to you:

We promise to provide the love and care needed for your pet(s) and to look after your home as if it was our own while you are away. This includes feeding, walking, grooming, administering medications, play time at the parks, cuddles, watering and anything in between requested by you.
