Active and friendly couple from NZ. Met in Australia and got married in 2023. Hubby is a green thumb and great around the yard currently running his own contract in fencing. So he's home earlier for pets that don't enjoy being alone for long. I work in IT (former geeks2u) working at a school in Arundel Mon - Fri from 8-4.

During covid we were foster parents for dogs. The collage is a few of them that we cared for until they found their forever home. Was very rewarding.

We love animals of any kind. I was raised on a farm so have an affinity to nature, and hubby is from Invercargill so he was surrounded by the farming culture and was a shearer/presser for 8 years. I've had many dogs and cats as pets growing up, plus been uncles farm hand helping with horses, sheep and cattle.

Kids are older now. 2 are back in NZ (Auckland) completing their degrees. We have our 10 year old daughter stay with us on Fridays or Saturdays and visits every 2nd afternoon (she stays with her mum on school nights). We have a great friendship with her mother whom is a bestie. Weird I know but it works for us :) Bubba (10yo daughter) is currently at Helensvale Primary School.
