I am taking a short-term leave of absence from my job as a prosecutor in Canada to travel to Australia and teach at Bond University for a semester (January - April 2019). I have to leave my two beloved rescue dogs at home, so I am looking to make new furry (and human) friends. I ride (OK - the attached photo is a bit misleading - this is the only time in my life I've executed this dressage move!) so I can look after horses as well as dogs, cats, bunnies, etc... I own a house with a pool in Canada, and have renovated three houses (doing a lot of the work myself) so I am fairly skilled at property and pool maintenance. OK - I hate having my photo taken - hence the pained expression in the only photo I could find of myself in the past five years....
