More information about this house sitter

I love a sunburnt country…and I love the companionship of animals and know how important they are as part of a family.

Not having a pet of my own just at the moment gives me the freedom to be a foster carer for a local animal welfare agency. And it gives me the opportunity to look after other people’s pets including both of my neighbours. I also bring in their mail, put their bins out and clean up pet messes. My 9 year old son also loves to help me out with these by feeding and playing with the cats. On occasions my son would be with me when house/pet minding but I would make this clear when applying for a sitting position.

I have owned cats, dogs, birds and a horse so am comfortable with showing them love and caring for their needs, including administering medication.

In my spare time I enjoy bush walking, bike riding, walks on the beach and catching up with friends. And exploring new places!
