I am a house-proud person fortunate to share my life with a loving husband who shares domestic duties. We live in a grand post-federation house in Wagga Wagga NSW and enjoy life. I am involved in charity work and play Bridge three times weekly at the local Bridge Club where I am an executive member. I otherwise occupy myself reading, gardening, cooking, walking, travelling, yoga, movies, theatre and riding my bicycle.
My husband has a one-man handyman business but nowadays he refers most jobs on to others as he is busy completing projects around our home that should've been done years ago????. He otherwise busies himself with our shared interests and tending his extensive wine cellar and music as well as keeping himself fit.
We have travelled widely, both internationally and within Australia.
We are both non-smokers.
Until relatively recently we had a dog and two cats who ruled our lives and gave us wonderful love, satisfaction and lifetime memories. It won't be long before the pussys are replaced! We also have some experience caring for farm animals.
We have no children living in Australia so our time is our own and we have previously spent four or five months travelling overseas and by campervan in Australia. When travelling we had trusted house-sitters looking after our beloved pets, garden and home.
We have also looked after homes and pets in the owners' absence.
Our association with Mindahome began with a house/pet sit in Drummoyne looking after two lovely cats. We were then asked back to the same pet-sit then referred to family in Drummoyne to look after a gorgeous labradoodle for three weeks then to their friend in Mosman caring for a cocker-spaniel for six weeks. We were invited back to the Mosman sit the following year but Covid removed that opportunity.
Being located midway between Sydney and Melbourne we often travel to those centres for 'cultural' and dining experiences not available in Wagga Wagga!

We are both active, in good health and triple vaccinated (soon to get another booster) against Covid and keep up to date with our Influenza shots. Read more...
