Hello! We are Anna and George, a couple in our early 20s from the UK. We both graduated from Warwick University last summer and moved out to Australia in October. We've recently finished travelling down the East Coast and are now hoping to find some opportunities to house sit in Melbourne to enable us to settle into the city, explore new areas and enjoy the company of some furry friends.

We are both very active and love exploring new places. We love that housesitting enables us to live like locals in a variety of different communities.

We understand that it can be a daunting experience entrusting someone to care for your home and pets. For this reason, to help give pet owners that extra peace of mind we love to send frequent updates while you are away.

We are clean, responsible non-smokers that believe in treating our pet owners homes with the same respect as we would want our own homes to be treated. We appreciate that it's easier to enjoy a holiday or time away from your home with the knowledge that you'll be returning to a clean and tidy house!

Why we love to house sit:

We are both animal lovers and missing our pets back in the UK, Anna has a 7 year old Golden Retriever called Leo, and George has a 12 year old cat, Mars, and two beautiful Labradors, Kirkby and Mabel.

We love that housesitting gives us the chance to care for animals while we are away, we find that it really makes us feel at home!

Our experience:

We have house sat many times in the UK, where we have cared for dogs, cats, fish and rabbits. We have always received positive feedback and have been invited back by the same home owners.
We are comfortable handling larger, more energetic dogs having both grown up with Labradors and Golden Retrievers.
Anna has a 7 year old Golden Retriever who’s always found socialising with other dogs a little difficult so we also have experience caring for anxious dogs.
George has a 2 year old yellow Lab so he's more than used to the excitable, energetic puppy phase!
George also used to volunteer at the dogs trust in the UK where he helped lead puppy training classes for new dog owners.
