Non smoker with police and working with children check. Singer/ singing teacher/artist. Have worked professionally as a singer/ singing teacher in the past and now sing and teach singing and art occasionally. No longer own a home. ( post divorce). I work part time in Eltham area so am available for long term housesitting in Melbourne's North East and shorter periods elsewhere including school holidays. Happy minding all types of animals that I can physically manage on my own.

“Annie did a great job maintaining my gardens during a heatwave but my main reason for having a housesitter was the care that my elderly dog required. He needed morning and night medication via a puffer which is actually keeping him alive. I had typed instructions x2 ( one in a booklet and one on the bench ) and had verbally explained his needs twice. She advised the puffer was empty the day before I returned home. It wasn't empty and there was a spare in clear view anyway. Whilst discussing this I discovered she had never given the morning dose. A whole month of the wrong dose. This could have been fatal but she doesn't seem to understand the seriousness of what occurred. She cannot it be trusted to administer medication to pets. Both dogs were also clearly overfed contrary to instructions. ”

Thanks Tracey. Though all other medication for dogs was given correctly, I regretfully, initially read (puffer) medication dosage incorrectly, regarding twice, (not once ) daily application. Your concerns are valid and felt gutted upon later realising I'd initially mis read your many pages of notes and have apologised profusely. However, your comment regarding me " stopping medication because I thought it was finished" is totally incorrect and untrue as I've pointed out privately and should be removed. Until now my reviews have been positive. I'm sorry to have disappointed you and in agreeance am very happy to avoid multi medicated pets. I would not normally choose old medicated dogs but hearing you had been let down by another sitter last minute, I gave it a go. Sorry to have unintentionally failed you.. Thanks for the couple of positive comments given.
