I am a 57 yo professional situation manager with a stable job working for one of the big banks located in the Sydney CBD, soon to be Redfern. I work a 28 day 12 hour rotating roster where I work only 7 days and 7 night shifts. Of these I only work 4-5 dayshifts in Sydney, the rest from home, so I need to house sit where there is fast internet and an area where I can set up 2 monitors and a laptop.

I have had military service, so possess a high level of responsibility and initiative.

I value my good name above anything I have personally, so won't do anything to rip people off. I'd rather be the target than the perpetrator.

As I've never done any house sitting before so I don't have any references. The best I can do at this moment is to provide you with my Working with Children Check registration number so that at least you know I have no criminal convictions that would prevent me from holding one. I also held Highly Protected clearance with the federal government which expired a couple of years back. I am happy to have a police check performed as I have nothing to hide. I would love to sit in a place close to Redfern or Olympic Park as I would either like to be closer to work or somewhere I can enjoy my cycling obsession. The only other vice I have is going to a cafe daily. I'm an introvert, not into partying. All that being said, my family all live on the Central Coast so I'm open to sit at places close to the M1 so that my 12hr days in Sydney aren't as arduous as they could be with excessive travel.

I have had the following pets share my life at various points;
- cats
- dogs
- lizards
- ducks
- chickens
- guinea fowl
- horses (only know enough here to rug and feed them)
- fresh water fish
- budgies
- cockatiels
- Indian Ringneck parrot

I currently look a little like a swagman as I have a COVID beard that I intend on keeping going until next year's shave for a cure. I figure I'll raise more money the longer it gets. :-) Read more...
