Our names are Brian and Sandra,we are lifelong/family friends who live together and reside in a lovely bush setting in West Bungawabyn Northern NSW,approx 30kms from Evans Head to the east and Casino 30kms to the west.
About us:
Brian -(55) Retired,worked for Telstra for 23 years as a Linesman/Remote Radio Technician throughout Queensland on radio and satellite telephony on islands,communities and sheep & cattle stations.I then Worked for Education Queensland for approximately 8 years as a Teachers Aide in the Manual Arts Dept and also as a Cleaner and school Grounds person.
I am very capable at diagnosing of faults and problems within household situations ,have good knowledge of electrical,plumbing,small engine servicing and repair as well as animal husbandry and gardening requirements.
I am well organised,clean and respectful of other peoples space and property.I have 3 daughters whom I am very proud of and am about to become a Grandfather for the first time,,,exciting!!

I am a Legal Secretary and worked in the industry for over 20 years in the Northern NSW area. I worked as a Receptionist/Secretary at Byron Bay Police Station for approximately 3 years.
I have 2 daughter's, one who currently lives in Murwillumbah and one living in Brisbane. Both are independent and work full time.
I live on 12 acres with 3 water tanks and solar, therefore I understand the intricacies of saving water and being frugal with electricity. I am capable of maintaining the property. I am able to operates ride on mower, maintain and clean a pool, use power tools and I am able to do general maintenance. I am respectful of others property/house.
On my property I had 2 pigs and several piglets, which have now been sold.
