Hello, I am a middle aged self employed professional guy who is in the process of moving from the Kimberley back to Perth. The construction of my new apartment in Applecross has been delayed and I find myself looking for some short term accommodation for the next two to three months. I have house sat many times over the last few years for a family in South Perth and their little Cavoodle, Teddy. I am quiet, work hard when I work , and like to relax quietly at home when work is over.
Have had dogs in my life for many years and miss having the little rascals around. I have owned (from puppies) Malthese Shitszou's and Poodles, cared for Cavoodle's, Boxers, Bull Mastiff's and a couple of Staffie's. Currently I am looking after three Kimberley Special's up here in Derby.
I am a non smoker and walk most days, always good to have a dog or two along for the stroll.
Having renovated several houses over the years, I am well skilled and quite enjoy the maintenance and upkeep of a property, so would be happy to carry out any tasks if required around your home.
I work at a computer, so time in a garden is always a positive.
The security and health of your home and hound will be my first priority should the opportunity arise.
I have tenants in another property and have over the years learnt the hard way the value of having someone with a bit of responsibility, who cares, in your home.
