More information about this house sitter
We are a 74 year old happy couple of retired professionals (University Academic and Naval Officer), who are looking to settle in SE QLD in the future.
We are sober, non-smoking, fit and healthy active types who have enjoyed the company of pets (dogs and cats) all our lives. We love the outdoors, and enjoy tending the garden. With both city living and 20 years of mixed farming operation and management behind us, we are equally at home in an urban or rural setting and are good, practical problem solvers if any issues crop up.
Our house sitting experience to date includes a three month stay on a rural property with a luxury guesthouse, and short term inner-city stays in Brisbane and Melbourne. We are currently on an extended house sit in coastal Queensland until the end of September.
