Mike and I and westie roly travel north every year to escape Melbourne winters. We have done some house and pet sitting each time and enjoyed it immensely. We travel with our nearly 1 year old westie roly, previously 14 year old westie Harry. We find the temperament of westies amenable to being with other dogs and cats. We are grandparents to 8, parents to 4 and have raised and cared for many animals. We reside in our beautiful owner built timber home in the Dandenong Ranges.
