Single parent shared living arrangement 50/50 of teenage son; have been renting for 8 years, lease has come to an end however don't want to lock down another rental at this stage. Looking for medium to longer term house sits in the local area as son is attending secondary school in Wodonga. Non smoker; open to looking after domestic pets. Currently employed part-time as a domestic and business (Air BnB) cleaner additionally run my own business.
