I'm a great animal lover, having owned and cared for all kinds of pets - dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, horses, a goat and a tree kangaroo! Very happy and confident taking dogs for walks, shampooing etc

I am very capable around the home. I enjoy gardening and have a quite a garden of my own. I've owned and looked after both salt and chlorinated pools (I have a PhD in aquatic toxicology) and very physically capable.

“Lovely guy, neighbour spoke highly of him when I got home. Dog seemed to like him. House was pretty clean, no problem there. Most of my instructions re pet care were followed. A few dishes from a couple of cupboards I specifically said not to use had been used (sentimental and precious stuff). Would recommend for basic pets but maybe not high needs or unusual pets. ”

“Scott looked after our 2 dogs and home for 7 days. His reviews did not match our experience. The dogs were fine and happy when we returned. The house was fair. However there was a lot of dog poop in the backyard which questions how much the dogs actually were walked. My vegetable garden was not watered and many plants have died, even after we discussed gardening for a while in conversation. For a full time house sitter he didn’t even take the bins out. I would not recommend.”

Can't win them all. I did water the plants and walk the dogs, often twice every day, but this was a heatwave and the Basil just carked it. Even with the walks, the dogs pood in the backyard, but I cleaned those up regularly. Apologies, I didn't put the bins out, as I left early on Sunday morning. I missed the first bin night, but departed on Sunday, the second, so I figured you would be happy to put them out. Diesel and Juicy got lots of attention and exercise, and this was a nice stay for all.
