Hi my name is Corinne, I am a home owner in the rural Northern Rivers of NSW.
I am Very respectful, clean, and live a healthy quiet lifestyle. No smoking, drinking, early riser motivated etc.

This year from July, I’ve sub leased and house sitted here in Wynnum for my sister and a few other lovely folk that I’ve met along the way. It so happens, we have fallen in love with this area and all that Brisbane offers.
I’m here with my 8 year old daughter and our well behaved little dog.
My daughter has started at Wynnum state school and settled right in straight away, making lots of lovely new friends.
Her previous school in nsw was totally destroyed in the recent floods, and is in the process of being demolished before it will be rebuilt. It’s estimated to take at least two years.
I’ve also enrolled in studies up here in Brisbane too, which I’m loving.
I’m aware rentals don’t come up often and usually require a double income to secure them. To be honest I like the idea of not having to move our entire house contents up just yet. As we would like to return to our home over the Christmas and some of the school holidays as I have plenty of work on back there also. We currently have a great home sit situation to the end of the school year. So we are looking for homes/pets/granny flats/houses to care for or sub lease, short or long term, any stage over the next coming year. That’s 2023 please 😊
We base our selves, while up here, in Wynnum at my sister’s and brothers in law’s family of three young children, it’s obviously a busy house, so we would ideally like to find space for our own rhythms and routines to break up the next coming year here.

If you would consider us for house sit or sub lease I’ld be very keen to meet.
I’ve got a cottage on my property in northern rivers that I air Bnb out over Christmas and have often hosted people in my own home, on work exchange programs, so I’m very aware of maintaining standards, caring for things and how important communication and respecting peoples belongings and space is.
Im adaptable and open minded.
Im also a great cleaner, gardener and home handy person.

I can provide excellent character references, Police checks, identification, and a bond like security deposit.
In past I’ve worked in community preschools other child hood settings, like family and long day care. I’ve carried out a-lot of “in home” support work for various clients of all ages and varying abilities, I’ve also done regular and casual contract cleaning and gardening jobs.
Trades assistance work, built and renovated two homes.
I’m very versatile practical, adaptable and did I mention, we are big animal lovers !!
