- Hardworking, reliable, cohesive and organized couple. Professional house-sitters with 10 years of experience in home maintenance and keeping the house and grounds in good condition. We are adept at solving tasks and problems around the house and know how to get along with people. We have a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail in getting the job done, we will provide you with excellent service.
We are a couple - Dmitry and Tetiana.
- The man Dmitry is 60 years old from Russia (Moscow), I live in Australia since 2023. In Russia, in Moscow Dmitry worked as a lawyer, a doctor clinician (has medical certificates: psychiatry, psychotherapy, toxicology, emergency narcology, suicidology, emergency medical care). In Russia he has built several houses, which he managed independently for more than 10 years. Because of the war in Ukraine Dmitry left Russia for Sydney, Australia.
Woman Tatyana, 55 years old, from Ukraine (Kherson), has been living in Australia since 2022. In Ukraine she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist (there is a certificate). In Kherson she has her own households, which she managed independently for more than 10 years. Due to the war in Ukraine, Tetiana left Ukraine for Australia, Sydney.

- See our following job duties: Arriving at the house on time. Inspecting the interior and exterior of the home, grounds and critters. While working in the home, responding to any emergencies involving risk of damage to property in the home that may arise due to circumstances beyond the control of the contracting parties and recording and addressing them in a timely and appropriate manner. Collection of mail and timely removal of trash. Feeding and caring for any pets that may be present in the house and grounds. Maintaining a clean and orderly home (watering and tending plants, gardening, cleaning sanitary rooms, living and utility areas). Locking all windows and doors before leaving. Performing minor repairs and maintenance (changing light bulbs, cleaning sinks, maintaining plumbing, repairing and replacing locks, painting, routine carpentry and light plumbing, routine minor electrical welding, locksmith work around the house, and other work). Addressing emergency repairs to above and underground utilities and structures in the home and grounds.
- We have experience in caring for pets (cats, dogs, livestock, rabbits, chickens, bees, parrots, ...).
- We have extensive experience in the care of cultivated plants, home garden, vegetable garden, experience in technical, engineering repair work in the house and on the land plot. Experience in computer 3d design of landscape design.
- Maintain timely and clear professional communication with the homeowner and their family.
- Have knowledge and experience in the security and safety of the home and other outbuildings from vandals and property theft. We have knowledge and experience in engineering security systems for private homes, communication systems and technical procedures for monitoring the "Smart Home" system.
- We pay special attention to healthy lifestyle. We do sports, yoga. We have no bad habits (tobacco, alcohol, drugs).
- In character - not conflictual, communicative, sociable, peace-loving, ready to help neighbors.
- If necessary, - ready to provide regular documented reports to the owner on the work done.
- Dmitriy and Tetiana, both - have a license to drive cars.
- We have many years of professional experience in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, emergency obstetrics, emergency care for acute psychosis and psychological problems. We can provide care for sudden shock and allergic urgent conditions. We can give therapeutic massage to adults and children.
- Have professional references to back up our ability to house sit and manage property.
- Ready to start work as soon as an agreement is reached.
- We are looking for long-term cooperation with permanent residence, - from 2 months and more both in the city (city) and in remote places, in rural areas, including autonomous territories (islands).
- In case of necessity for the fulfillment of large volumes of works (on the house or adjacent area), we reserve the right after agreement with the owner of the house, - to attract a subcontractor, assistant.
