More information about this house sitter

We are a middle aged responsible married couple, who are home owners ourselves. We've been through a couple of extreme weather events recently and now finding ourselves needing to rebuild, which may take many months, even a couple years in this volatile building market. In saying this, we're looking at the positive of our situation and have decided to open ourselves up to house sitting in Brisbane, in homes that require a minimum of one month stays. Happy to look after cats, birds, fish etc, but not confidant with active dogs that require daily walks (older lap dogs are fine). We will look after your home as well as we look after ours, and also appreciate getting out of the caravan (which we permanently have on our property during the rebuild) and caring for a loving home. Our children are all grown up, so it's just the two of us looking after your home, with possibly the occasional pop-in visit from immediate family.
