Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, neat and tidy, single lady. Non-smoker. Homeowner - very respectful of other people’s property. Fit and active, quiet, homebody. I love animals, and enjoy their company and looking after them. Currently have no pets of my own. Happy to do yard maintenance and odd jobs.
I'm taking a gap year to do some studying with the goal of changing my career. Online study gives me the flexibility to live anywhere, so I’m renting out my house and making the most of it. No ties. It's awesome :) I’m currently living with great friends. Just looking for a change of scene for a while - a bit more space, and quiet, to focus a bit more on studies. But wanting to stay on Brisbane’s Northside at this time, as I regularly catch up with my family. I have done house sitting for friends and family but this is my first time on Mindahome. References available on request. Have had police checks for Airport and Offshore jobs – ASIC and MSIC cards – applying for an updated one which will be available on request asap
