Hello Pet Parents,
My name is Dee (from Melbourne) and I bring 23 years of teaching experience from diverse settings into the world of pet and house sitting. As a seasoned educator, I've honed invaluable skills like trust, patience, adaptability, attention to detail and an impressive sense of responsibility—traits that seamlessly transfer to providing top-notch care for your furry (or not so furry) family members.
For me, pet sitting is more than a service—it's therapeutic. I believe in the power of animal companionship and provide a calming presence for your pets in the comfort of their own home. Whether your pet is a social butterfly or a more introverted soul, I tailor my approach to ensure their comfort and happiness.
Over the years, each pet sitting job has been a unique and a heartwarming experience. I've had the pleasure of getting to know diverse breeds of dogs, cats and chooks, each with their own quirks and charms. I have travelled to Queensland, Canberra, NSW, Victoria and recently in Tasmania. These jobs have been anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks in duration.
The opportunity to combine my love for animals with the generosity and openness of homeowners has made every job feel like a seamless blend of care, comfort and companionship. I can't wait to continue this journey, creating more entertaining and successful pet sitting stories together.
A true nature lover at heart, I find solace in the great outdoors and always eager to embark on new adventures. Hiking, cycling, fishing and photography are my passions, oh and a good morning coffee!

FYI -
I am 46, single and a non-smoker.
I have experience in pool maintenance, garden/indoor plants upkeep, monitoring water tank levels and other responsibilities in rural settings.

I am specifically looking for a house & pet sitting in line with the Victorian school holidays. Willing to travel interstate if there is ample time to book available flights or drive.
