Non smoker and no parties/visitors etc.
Positive, direct communication so if you need to call while you're away to check you'll get an honest response.
Happy to exercise pets and make sure they are happy.

Available Dec 26- to any date in January, for a break near beaches while on NSW Coast (family used to live and I love all the NSW coast).
Jan date flexible if you need a bit longer.
