Hi! We are Laurens and Joy, aged 31, and we live in Haarlem, just 15 minutes from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We enjoy living in our own home with our cat, Mary, and at the moment, Laurens’ brother is staying in our house to pamper Mary while we’re on a long travel. Nearly 5 months ago, we left our Dutch life behind for about a year. We took a break from our careers, flew to Sydney, and bought a Pajero with a rooftop tent to travel from our savings. Since then, we have been traveling around Australia. We both grew up surrounded by pets. Besides Mary, we often take care of my father’s dog, Beagle Bono.
