I recently started house/pet minding and have always owned my own homes and not rented, therefore I have few housesitting and no rental references sorry.

I have found airBnB and couchsurfing references however,!and although I havent had my own pets for some time I am close to a friend's dog ,cats and others on a daily basis.
I am 179cm average build ,intellectual and handy I appreciate beautiful and fine things, peace and quietness and love swimming in the ocean everyday .I love travel ,exploring ,nature !!
Below are old but still relevant lists of things that 30 years ago I could not think of, not 1 thing ,it took me weeks to realize and extract some of these things from my brain and years to add to them !

working with my hands,sunshine,rain,fireplaces,playing pool,camping,driving in the country,learning new things,fine furniture,fine things,seafood,skiing,being in the snow,abseiling,making food,making jam ,preserves,cheese,wine, sanding or fixing wooden objects,music, festivals,movies,playing cards,tennis,frizbie,being close to animals,dogs, horses, thinking,,,about and discussing religion,philosophy, psychology,politics and all manner of things re meaning of ,reasons for, researching,experimenting,making humour, jokes,writing down my thoughts, helping solve humanitarian environmental problems,explaining concepts, , ,meditating,stretching, making music,playing violin, live music,meeting new people,getting to know new cultures ,open spaces ,sauna,spa plunge,photography, ,collecting fine things, ,having chooks,pets, farms,farm animals,vegetable gardens ,being with people,, having a partner to share with,cheeses, tasting different foods,reading , having money,no debts having freedom,feeling love,being absorbed in building or solving a problem or designing,being quick witted, grow in awarenss/clarity/knowledge/truth/spirituality,relaxing,
debating, taking tours,sleeping,sunsets and sunrises,smelling the scents of plants, having friends,helping the world,solving problems,catching fish,riding motor bikes ,push bikes, horses,fine cars,Occasionally drinking red wine ,beer
