Hey,

We would love to housesit for you :) We are a friendly 24-year-old couple that has been together for 4 years - 2 of which we've lived together. 7 months ago we embarked on a new adventure to move to Australia from England and are keen to explore as much as possible.
We would love to temporarily relocate to most areas in Queensland.

We are keen to partake in a housesitting opportunity as both of us are massive animal lovers, with the pair of us being brought up in households with countless pets, and miss them dearly - after all, they are part of the family!

Emma has had 4 dogs in her life, 2 of which lived with us for 2 years in our rented home in England. Emma has also had 2 cats. Jordan lived in a home growing up that had many hamsters, gerbils, and a tortoise.

Due to the fact we both grew up surrounded by a variety of animals, we both have extensive experience and knowledge in looking after and playing with most household pets. We are excited at the opportunity to look after more pets and treat them as if they are our own. Most importantly we would ensure that your pets are safe, loved, and entertained whilst you are away.

It goes without saying we would respect your home, keeping it spotless and tidy, and never host out of respect for you and your privacy. We are also happy to help out maintaining your home whilst you are away, to ensure you come back to your home exactly as you left it.

We both rented separate homes at university, have rented together, and have both booked places through Airbnb. We always return the properties in a better cleanliness state than when we were handed the keys and are yet to receive a single complaint regarding anything from the owners/landlords.

Emma works as a barista and waitress in cafes, whilst Jordan works as a waiter/barman in restaurants.
We have been working since arriving in Australia.

Due to our contradicting work hours (Emma tending to work mornings and Jordan usually working evenings), one of us is home throughout the day. Our priority would be to make sure that your pet(s) are comfortable with us, and only be left alone if they are comfortable. We want to work with you and would follow your guidance to a T. Also, we would provide you with constant updates so you feel like you are not too far away from your pets!

We lead a healthy, active lifestyle. In our spare time, we enjoy the outdoors by going on long walks, watching sunrises and sunsets, and taking trips to the beach.

As much as this description gives you a flavour of what we are like, we understand it doesn't give the full picture. We would love to arrange a Facetime call so you can get to know us better and hopefully consider us as your housesitters. We are more than happy to provide pictures of us with our pets, AirBnB reviews, and references from our previous landlords.
