Happy, self-sufficient, capable, trustworthy & responsible single female with long past career as Veterinary Nurse (including animal rescue & shelter work, so am very experienced with anxious & senior pets). I adore animals & love continuing to work closely with them.
House/pet sitting for me is a lovely way to give people peace of mind so they can relax & concentrate on their time away & my many excellent reviews & repeat clients reflect this. (Additional references available on request).
While currently studying online, I have the flexibility to provide full time genuine affection, enrichment & consistency to pets, plus excellent upkeep of the homes I am entrusted with.
I enjoy & appreciate sitting for house proud clients & always maintain very high standards during my stay. I do a once off final clean on my departure, so you can come home & relax!
I’m a country girl at heart & have cared for several large farms & off-grid properties.
Having done many short term sits in the last 12 months, I now seek another lovely long term sit in a more rural area, this may suit someone planning travel, who has property and pets that need ongoing impeccable care. For long term, negotiation of utility payments is absolutely on offer.
Being vegetarian, I supply all my own food & toiletries & have my own bedding if needed. I commit to being home most of the day & always in the evenings & do not entertain guests in your home. I always have a book on the go (with a warm lap for cuddles!)
Can administer all medications (tablets/injections etc). All exercise & feeding routines adhered to & am fine with preparing meat for pet food. Experienced with all animals; dogs, cats, birds, rabbits/guinea pigs, fish, reptiles, horses, hobby farms, livestock (stock checks, feeds, quad bike riding) etc. Own reliable 4wd & can have dogs in my car for park/beach/vet trips etc.
*** I do not currently charge a set nightly fee, but as I will always travel to meet you & your pets prior to the sit (more than once as required) & provide proven outstanding service, a very reasonable, negotiable contribution to my costs is always greatly appreciated & ensures I can continue bringing my wealth of experience & care to my clients. ***
