Happy, self-sufficient, capable & responsible single female with long past career as Veterinary Nurse. This included animal rescue & shelter work, so am greatly experienced with anxious & senior pets. I absolutely adore animals & love continuing to work closely with them. House/pet sitting for me is a lovely way to give people peace of mind so they can relax & concentrate on their time away & my references & numerous repeat clients reflect this. While currently studying online I am home during the day & am always home evenings, so your pets will have plenty of company & your property will be well maintained & safe.
While completing several long term sits over the past few years, I also enjoy shorter sits when I’m available & I always provide enrichment, routine & consistency to pets, plus upkeep & security of the homes I am entrusted with. I’m a country girl at heart, so I love rural sits & have cared for multiple large farms/properties.
Vegetarian, quiet, peaceful & health-conscious, I live a low-tox lifestyle, do not drink, smoke or entertain guests in your home.
Having cared for several ‘off-grid’ properties, I am always mindful of utility usage. I supply my own food & toiletries & have my own bedding if needed.
Can administer all medications (tablets/injections etc). All exercise/feeding routines adhered to & am fine with preparing meat for pet food.
Experienced with all animals; dogs, cats, birds, rabbits/guinea pigs, fish, reptiles, horses, hobby farms, livestock (stock checks, feeds, quad bike riding) etc.
Own reliable 4wd & happy to have dogs in my car for park/beach/vet trips etc.
I enjoy & appreciate sitting in a clean environment & maintain very high cleanliness & tidiness standards.
I do not currently charge a fee - yet I will always travel to meet you and your pets prior to the sit (more than once if required) and provide top quality care to pets and homes while sitting - so a donation as a token of your appreciation for my service is always very welcome and extremely helpful.
