Hi there!

We’re Belle and Travis an executive couple with businesses in the Philippines, China and Melbourne. We have two well behaved delightful children a boy 9yrs old and girl 7 yrs old.

Due to the nature of our business in Asia we currently need to travel quite a bit. Our children go to Montessori school in Forrest Glenn when we’re in Australia. We will be in Australia and on the Sunshine Coast from the end of July 2016 to Jan 2017 before heading back to Asia.

In the time we’re here, we’d be delighted to house sit and care for a nice property. It suits our needs because of the nature of our lifestyle with business and travel.

Our children are used to living in executive properties and value caring for things. They fully understand the concept of taking care of other people’s belongings, nice furniture etc.

Our son (9yrs) is the most compliant in our family. He is usually the man to read the in house rule book and quote it back to us as daily facts. Hugo is our delightful little intellect who keeps us all on the strait and narrow!

Our daughter (7 yrs) is known as the baby whisperer in our family. Our adult siblings have babies and toddlers. Indiana is wonderful with them and admired for her kind and caring nature. It is Indiana’s dream to have her own pets but unfortunately, we can’t have pets because of the nature of our lifestyle.

She would be over the moon to care for any special pets. I’m certain any pet will be given love, care and attention, plus all of the practical needs met.

We’re an active family and would happily take dogs for a daily exercise, as long as there is minimal risk of them becoming aggressive and attacking other animals.

We’ve been renting for a few years as it’s suited our transient lifestyle. We’ve always taken excellent care of the homes we’ve rented and having been landlords ourselves in the past, we understand both sides of the relationship. References are available from agents and homes we’ve rented.

We prefer to house sit a property with outdoor pets and we really value hygiene. Any property we care for will be tended to with dedicated a professional cleaner (and Garden if necessary).

We would hope for a win – win situation to give property owners peace of mind that their home (and pet) is loved and well cared for in their absence. We look forward to connecting with you. Read more...
