ABOUT ME
I am 55 years old, and I’ve been house-sitting on-and-off since 2008. So I have about 17 years of previous house-sitting experience, with several years of that as a full-time house-sitter. I am a reliable, responsible, and clean. And I get great satisfaction out of caring for peoples beloved pets and home, so they can relax and enjoy their time away.

I have collected a lot of house-sitting references and positive reviews over the years (see below), and my National Police Check certificate ID is: 10051904.

I never commit any of the cardinal sins of house sitting, such as look around for something better, or change my mind the day before you embark on the holiday you've spent months planning! When I commit, I REALLY commit, in writing, and stay for the entire agreed period.

Most importantly, I love dogs and cats – especially lap dogs and spoilt cats! I'll give your pet all the special care and attention they need (especially during thunderstorms). I'll maintain your pet's normal routine, and spend plenty of time with them, so hopefully they don’t even notice you’re gone. I also love walking and exercising so daily dog-walks are part of my normal routine.

My policy is to take care of people's places as if they were my own, and I guarantee to leave your place the way I found it. I also bring all my own cooking utensils, condiments, bedding, and accessories, so I don’t even need to use any of your stuff. I call it “Ghost Sitting”, because it’s like I was never there. I am also very mindful of the “energy” or feel of a home and so bring my happy and positive vibes with me as well!

I WILL GLADLY TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Feeding, grooming, walking, and caring for your beloved pets
- Maintaining house security and a human presence in your home
- All common house cleaning duties
- Normal garden and lawn maintenance
- Collect the mail, check you car battery, etc

PEACE OF MIND.
I work from home (online business), so I’m always there, keeping your pets happy, and a maintaining a secure presence in your home. I'm actually pretty boring, which is kinda what you want in a house-sitter. I keep to myself. I rarely go out. I don't have people round. I don't drink. I don't party. I don't play loud music, or make any noise. It comes with being 55 years old, I suppose.

I am happy to visit you before you agree to any house-sit, so you get to meet me face-to-face, see me with your pets, and ask me any questions. I will also re-visit your home before you leave, so you can personally show me your pets feeding and comfort routines, and brief me on any house-sitting duties. Once both parties are happy, I email you a written agreement, signed by me, to confirm the house-sit in writing.

And if this is your first time house-sitting, you are more than welcome to ring me and have a chat, or contact me while you're away, or get me to send photos of your pets, or send the neighbours around to check on me, etc. I don't mind at all. Anything to reduce your level of stress.

REFERENCES & AGREEMENTS
I can provide both written and verbal references of previous house-sitting experience (I have collected many references over the years), and I will gladly engage in any written agreements between both parties to ensure everyone is happy. I also give you my house-sitting commitment in writing.

WHY AM I HOUSE-SITTING?
I really enjoy house-sitting. I love spending time with people’s pets. I love helping people enjoy their time away. I love travelling to new places, and seeing new sights. And after house-sitting close to 50 homes so far, I am getting a very good idea of what sort of home I would eventually like to live in.

I recently moved back to Perth to spend more time with my elderly parents and family, and have decided to stay here indefinitely. I was house-sitting in Qld full-time anyway, so I simply decided to keep doing that here in Perth. And I would like to book house-sits close to my parents and family (Darch/Madeley/Kingsly) so I can visit them occasionally, but very happy to consider any other house-sits in the Perth area – as far south as Mandurah and as far north as Yanchep.

My house-sitting services are 100% free.

URGENT HOUSE-SITS
Has your house-sitter cancelled at the last moment? I can sometimes travel to any location in Australia to help you out. This will probably be in WA at the moment, as I moved here to spend more time with my elderly parents. But contact me anyway, and I’ll see if I can help you out.
